Creating a Thriving Workplace Culture

In today’s fast-paced world of healthcare, we realize the importance of creating a positive workplace culture. Here at The Rushwood Senior Living, we understand to achieve this culture, employees must trust their workplace.

Each August, The Rushwood participates in the Great Place to Work Survey. This is a time where staff can be open and honest about their feedback. The data is collected by a third party, so it truly is anonymous. It is so important for us to hear the good, the bad, and the ugly to know what we can work on to truly make our community a great place to work.

As the Business Office Director, I make it a priority to always promote employee appreciation. We consistently take time to recognize our hardworking team members. Whether it’s a summer barbecue bash or playing beachball with our residents, we ensure everyone has a great time. Every day brings a new adventure, showing our staff just how much we value their hard work and dedication.
